By accessing or using the website located at www.westminstersunroomcontractor.com or by requesting services from Westminster Sunrooms & Patios, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Westminster Sunrooms & Patios provides sunroom construction, patio enclosure, and related outdoor living addition services to residential property owners in Westminster, CA and surrounding Orange County communities. Services include but are not limited to sunroom additions, four season and three season sunrooms, patio enclosures, screen room installation, patio-to-sunroom conversions, and related design and construction work.
All services are subject to a signed project agreement before work begins. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding contract or guarantee of service availability, pricing, or scheduling.
Any estimate provided by Westminster Sunrooms & Patios - whether verbally, by email, or through a written quote - is based on information available at the time of assessment. Estimates are not binding until both parties have signed a written project agreement.
Actual project costs may differ from initial estimates if site conditions, scope of work, or material requirements change after the estimate is provided. Any changes to the agreed scope of work will be communicated to the homeowner in writing before additional costs are incurred.
All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.
Project start dates are scheduled based on permit approval timelines, material availability, and current workload. We will make reasonable efforts to meet the agreed schedule, but we are not responsible for delays caused by city permit review timelines, material supply issues, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please notify us in writing as early as possible. Cancellation terms specific to your project - including any deposit refund policies - will be outlined in your signed project agreement.
Westminster Sunrooms & Patios reserves the right to decline or reschedule any project at its discretion, particularly in cases where site conditions are unsafe or where permit approval has been denied.
Payment terms for each project are outlined in your signed project agreement. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. Specific amounts and due dates will be stated in your agreement.
Payments not received by the agreed due date may result in a pause in work until the outstanding balance is resolved. We reserve the right to charge reasonable interest or fees on overdue balances as permitted by California law.
In the event of a dispute over payment, we ask that you contact us directly before withholding any payment. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication.
Westminster Sunrooms & Patios obtains all required building permits for permitted projects as part of the standard scope of work. The homeowner is responsible for informing us of any HOA restrictions, easements, or deed restrictions that may affect the project prior to permit application.
If HOA or other third-party approval is required, the homeowner is responsible for initiating and obtaining that approval. Delays resulting from HOA review timelines are outside our control and will not constitute a breach of contract on our part.
Any specific warranty coverage for completed work will be outlined in your signed project agreement. Warranty terms vary by project type and materials used.
Our website and any information provided through it are offered on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of information. We make no guarantee that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Workmanship warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, acts of nature, modifications made by others after project completion, or normal wear and tear.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Westminster Sunrooms & Patios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, reliance on information provided on our website, or any service-related dispute, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
